Fundraising

Fundraising has become a necessity in high school basketball to run a first class program and that is exactly what Woods Cross Basketball is going to be.  To be first class, the players and parents of the Wildcat Basketball Program will have to put in some work but the effort will be well worth it.  Your efforts getting funds from local businesses, friends and family will help pay for practice gear, equipment, tournament entry fees, and other team building activities.  Every member of the team will have to do the following:

  • Each player must collect $750 in game program adds/gym banners or boosters.  This is the minimum so if you can get more then required the better.
  • At our end of the year banquet, each player will be required to sell 10 tickets to the dinner.
  • Throughout all home games this season we will be running a snack bar for fans needing something to eat and drink. Parents from the entire basketball program will do a small part in running the snack bar pending what team their son is on so they can watch the game. This will be an even rotation of parents that are able to help.
Again, we really appreciate all the hard work needed to run a first class program and every cent we fundraise will go directly back to players and coaches for their time and effort.
